For quick and effective kitchen extraction, choose a commercial canopy hood with an integrated extractor fan. Light-duty cooking equipment is suited for the kitchen extraction canopy. With the fan upgrade option, the fan may be updated to fit gas equipment. 
 
The hood has a full length grease channel and easily washable, detachable kitchen grease baffle filters.
 
The extraction hood is made entirely of industrial stainless steel. The stainless steel has a classy brushed finish that is crisp and contemporary.
 
 For safe and simple cleaning, the structure has produced stainless steel safety edges on all corners.
 According to DW/172 specifications, the hood features an incorporated condensate grease channel around the outside. Adding to this, we have a full-length collector channel at the back of the canopy to make cleaning even easier.
 
There is a variable speed controller on the extract fan motor.
